Singer Corporation is a global manufacturer/distributor of sewing products. NAI Miami was assigned to the task of the global disposition of their international manufacturing plants ranging in size from 100-acre to 1,000-acre campuses in urban and suburban locations. NAI Miami served as a single point of contact coordinating marketing, environmental review and disposition strategy.
