The property, located at 15733 SW 117th Avenue, Miami, FL 33177, consists of a 4,732-square-foot industrial building on a 1.55-acre parcel, and was sold to Mazal Capital LLC, represented by Roberto Susi and Jose Sasson from Axiom Capital Advisors.
