In 2023, NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale expanded to the Downtown Coral Gables CBD submarket. As we continue to grow, our company has seized the opportunity to establish a robust presence in this coveted market. This allows professionals to extend and strengthen our service to our clients.
In 2022, NAI Miami became NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale, joining two of the most active dynamic real estate markets in Florida. This cross-county merger will allow NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale professionals to extend and strengthen our service to our clients.
After Jeremy and Edward recognized the potential for a wider audience and a more global platform, they joined NAI Global in 2001. With that, came more growth and expansion in the team, prompting them to open a Doral office in 2011.
Our first office was co-founded in 1997 in the Dadeland area by Jeremy Larkin and Edward Schmidt. Jeremy and Edward grew the company threefold including adding a property management and wealth management divisions as well as completing some retail strip center developments. The team then moved into new headquarters in 2000.
