Adrian Guillen is a Senior Advisor with NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale’s Industrial team, specializing in industrial real estate and representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers throughout South Florida.

Since 2022, Adrian has completed more than $55 million in industrial leasing and sales transaction volume. He has extensive knowledge of the Miami-Dade County industrial market and works with companies across the logistics, distribution, manufacturing, and cold storage sectors.

Adrian’s primary focus is tenant representation, advising occupiers throughout the real estate process from occupancy and negotiation strategy to space qualification, site selection, lease negotiations, tenant construction, and move-in. He also represents property owners in the positioning, marketing, leasing, and sale of industrial properties.

Adrian graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in December 2023 and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Outside of the office, Adrian enjoys spending time with family and friends, sports, and traveling.
