Joe Chancy entered the real estate business in 2008 as a residential investor and made the transition to representing South Florida investors and developers in acquiring retail development parcels in 2013. After joining Gadinsky Real Estate in 2015, Joe worked with well-known shopping center developers to lease new-construction space and represented several national retailers including RaceTrac Petroleum, Discount Tire, and a leading regional Wendy’s franchisee. Additionally, he served on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders Group committee and is an active member of their local community, participating in organizations such as the Broward County Schools Facility Task Force, Feed South Florida, and Habit for Humanity of Broward. Joe’s clients benefit from his local market knowledge and experience as a Broward County and South Floridian native and father, which has aided in successfully negotiating numerous retail lease transactions for landlords and tenants.
