Rafael L. Lopez is a Vice President at NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale specializing in commercial real estate investments, including multifamily, industrial, retail, and office assets.

Prior to joining NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale, he served as Managing Broker at a South Florida real estate firm, overseeing investment sales and business operations. Rafael began his real estate career in 2002, working with national brokerages before moving into development and leadership roles within the industry. His expertise includes business development, marketing, negotiating, transaction management, market research, financial analysis, planning, and property management.

Over the years, he has successfully closed several notable transactions, including the $38.5 million sale of a vacant lot in Miami Beach, a $14.8 million sale of a 27,000 SF office/retail portfolio on Brickell Avenue, and a $34 million sale of an office building and parking garage in Downtown Miami, among others.

Rafael graduated from InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. Originally from Puerto Rico, Rafael currently resides in Miami Lakes, FL with his wife, daughter, and son.
