Richard D. Sincore is a Vice President at NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and investment markets. He has led high-performing sales and trading teams, structured complex investment deals, and advised on capital raising and valuation for venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, and direct investments.

In commercial real estate, Richard helps clients maximize property and transaction value through deal sourcing, negotiations, financial modeling, and investment analysis. He’s experienced in 1031 exchanges, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), and Qualified Opportunity Funds (QOFs), and regularly advises on these vehicles.

Richard also raises capital for CRE syndications and alternative investment funds. He specializes in due diligence, investor relations, fund structuring, and institutional capital sourcing. Over his career, he has launched multiple SEC Reg D funds, led a quantitative trading team, and helped grow assets under management to over $5 billion. His background also includes private placements and custom strategies for family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Richard holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida and several licenses including FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 65, SIE, and a Florida Real Estate License. Richard is very involved in church ministries at his local parish in Pinecrest including speaking and serving at retreats and weekly ongoing family ministries.
