Originally from Missouri, Simpson began his career as a managing partner of a Jimmy John’s franchise, successfully expanding operations to three locations. He oversaw all aspects of site selection, build-out, and high-level operations, gaining hands-on experience essential for navigating complex real estate processes. His transition to commercial real estate was a natural progression, inspired by his upbringing in a development-focused family and his passion for identifying and creating investment opportunities.
