Miami, FL – 20 December 2024 – NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale announces the completed sale of 9703 South Dixie Highway, Pinecrest, FL 33156, making it the third completed transaction in the Pinecrest market within six months. The property is a two-story, 9,192-square-foot office building on a 0.332-acre land parcel fronting South Dixie Highway.
