Brandon Weiss, Esq. is the Senior Vice President of NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale. He represents tenants in leasing and purchasing retail properties throughout South Florida. Brandon represents national, regional, and local retailers exclusively and he assists his clients with market analysis, market surveys, and site selection. In addition, Brandon drafts and negotiates letters of intent, leases, lease renewals and conducts all relative negotiations for clients. Brandon has years of experience working closely with franchisees and corporate franchisors to effectively identify prime locations and securing those locations for his clients.
