Frank Posillico is a Vice President at NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale with nearly 25 years of experience in the industrial and commercial real estate sector. He specializes in representing companies across a wide range of transactions and is known for his strong industry relationships and results-driven approach.

Prior to joining NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale, Frank was a founding partner of Alliance Real Estate Corp. (“Alliance”), established in 2009, where he played a key role in growing the firm into one of the top independent brokerage companies on Long Island.

Frank previously served as an Associate Broker at AIRECO Real Estate from 2004 to 2008, where he was recognized as one of the firm’s top five producers in both 2006 and 2007. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Property Manager for Leonard Racanelli Realty Corp., gaining valuable experience in asset management and operations. He also brings an extensive background in real estate development, construction, and property management.

Frank is an alumnus of New York University, where he earned a certificate in Property Management, and is a graduate of the Business Administration program at Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York.

A lifelong resident of Long Island, Frank resides in Nassau County with his wife, Angela, and their two children. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, exercising, skiing, spending time at the beach, and being with his family and friends.
