Gabriel Castiello is a Staff Accountant at NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale, where he is responsible for preparing and updating client financial statements, reconciling accounts, and managing payments, deposits, and reporting packages. His focus on accuracy and efficiency ensures clients receive timely and detailed financial snapshots to guide informed decision-making.

Castiello graduated from Florida State University with a degree in accounting and began his career as a bookkeeper for a Miami-based law firm. He went on to coordinate the IRS VITA Program through the University of Florida, managing student volunteers, reviewing tax returns, and meeting directly with clients to provide financial insights and filing guidance. His time with VITA deepened his appreciation for client-facing work and the real-world impact of accurate financial reporting.

Outside of work, Castiello enjoys staying active—whether working out, running, canoeing, biking, or playing football. He is also a competitive bowler, participating in local leagues and formerly playing with Florida State University’s club team. A proud Eagle Scout, he earned the rank in 2017.
