NAI Miami Negotiates Purchase of Retail Unit in Key Biscayne, Florida for $929 per square foot

MIAMI, FLORIDA – NAI Miami, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today the team of Jeremy Larkin, Edward Schmidt, CCIM and Robert Eckstein recently negotiated the purchase of a 1,044 square feet retail condominium unit located at The Square at Key Biscayne, 260 Crandon Boulevard, Key Biscayne, Florida, for their client, Four Stooges, LLP. The seller is Sunshine Marketing and Management Corp.

The purchase was the completion of a 1031 exchange. The unit was purchased for $970,000.00 and is leased under a long-term lease to Prestige Salon.
