Miami, FL – 28 October 2026 – NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale is pleased to announce the $3.48 million sale of Sulphur Plaza, a 22,895-square-foot retail center situated on 2.42 acres at 551 N Cities Service Highway in Sulphur, Louisiana. Edward Schmidt, Co-Chairman and Partner at NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale, represented the buyer, Sulphur Plaza Retail LLC, in the acquisition from Hifai Sulphur Community Plaza, LLC, represented by Marcus & Millichap.
“Our focus throughout this transaction was identifying a property that aligned with the buyer’s long-term investment goals,” said Schmidt. “Sulphur Plaza met those objectives, and we’re pleased to have helped bring the acquisition to completion.”
Sulphur Plaza is a 91% leased retail center featuring a mix of national and local tenants, including Dollar Tree, and AT&T. The property is shadowed-anchored by a top-performing Walmart supercenter and is along N Cities Service Highway, which sees approximately 25,000 vehicles per day.
