Biscayne Bay Brewing Company Expands with New Location Following Lease Facilitated by NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale
Miami, FL – 13 August 2026 – NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale is pleased to announce the successful lease of 9,916-square-feet at 1588 NW 7th Street, Miami, FL 33125, to Biscayne Bay Brewing Company, LLC, one of South Florida’s leading independent craft breweries and the Official Craft Beer of the Miami Marlins at LoanDepot Park.
NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale represented the sublandlord, the Department of Off-Street Parking of the City of Miami, Florida, also known as the Miami Parking Authority, in the transaction. The lease was negotiated by Claire Holash, Senior Vice President, and Jeremy S. Larkin, Co-Chairman and Partner.
