Miami, FL – 19 October 2026 – NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale announces the successful $2.8 million acquisition of a retail center at 1920 S Jefferson Street, Perry, FL 32348 on behalf of Perry Village Shops Retail, LLC as part of a 1031 exchange. The property was acquired from Timber Perry Properties., with Edward Schmidt, CCIM, SIOR, Co-Chairman and Partner, and Craig Merlin, Vice President at NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale, representing the buyer.
