Miami, FL – 4 August 2026 – NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale announces the successful $5.97 million acquisition of a development site at 10095 North Kendall Drive, Miami, FL, on behalf of Interval Buyer, LLC. The property was acquired from M&ERE Holdings Corp., with Edward Schmidt, CCIM, SIOR, Co-Chairman and Partner at NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale representing the buyer.
The transaction follows NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale’s representation of Interval Buyer, LLC earlier this year in the acquisition of the nearby property at 9995 SW 88th Avenue. Together, the two acquisitions support the buyer’s continued investment in the Kendall healthcare market and the expansion of medical office opportunities within the corridor.
The site is planned for the development of a Class A medical office building. Upon completion, NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale will serve as the exclusive leasing representative, marketing medical office opportunities ranging from 15,000 to 65,000 square feet with expansion up to 150,000 square feet.
Fronting North Kendall Drive (SW 88th Street), the property offers convenient access to the Don Shula Expressway (SR 874) and Florida’s Turnpike. Its proximity to Baptist Hospital of Miami and an established network of healthcare providers positions the project to meet the growing demand for Class A outpatient medical space in the Kendall submarket.
