Miami, Florida – 8 January 2025 – NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale is pleased to announce the growth of its commercial real estate presence in Fort Lauderdale with three new brokers: Ahmed Martin, Associate, Trent Simpson, Associate, and Ari Mann, Vice President.

Ahmed Martin, with over 15 years of experience in development, construction, government relations, and finance across private and nonprofit sectors, will specialize in multi-family sales.
Trent Simpson joins from Cresa Miami and works closely with owners and investors to identify opportunities to enhance asset value and grow portfolios. He will now also focus on multi-family sales.

Recently, Ari Mann was recruited from within the NAI Global network, coming from NAI Robert Lynn in Texas. He will continue to work on expanding his client’s retail tenant and landlord representation accounts both locally and nationally.
